Privacy Policy
DJ Develops LLC · Omaha, NE · Effective 2026-08-10
DJ Develops is one person in Omaha. This policy is short because the operation is small: there is no advertising network, no cross-site tracking, and nothing here is sold to anybody.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No information collected through text messaging is used for anything other than replying to you.
What we collect
When you use the contact form
Your name, your business name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. That's the entire form. It is emailed to founder@djdevelops.com and nowhere else.
When you call us
The phone number you called from, and the time of the call. If we miss your call, our missed-call text-back system sends you a text and — if you reply — keeps the content of that conversation so we can act on it. The whole messaging program is described at djdevelops.com/sms.
When you book a call
Booking runs on Cal.com. Whatever you type into that booking form is held by Cal.com under their own privacy policy, and we receive it.
Automatically
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) for security and abuse prevention.
Cloudflare Web Analytics also runs on this site. It counts page views and roughly where visitors came from, so we can tell whether anyone is reading this. It is cookieless, it doesn't fingerprint your device, it doesn't follow you to other websites, and it doesn't build a profile of you. We see aggregate numbers, never individuals.
There is no advertising network on this site, no third-party ad or social tracking pixel, and no cookie set for tracking purposes.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you.
- To quote, schedule, and deliver work you've asked about.
- To keep records of business we've actually done, including for tax purposes.
That is the complete list. We don't profile you and we don't advertise to you.
Who it's shared with
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Ever. It is handled by a short list of service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Google Workspace — our email lives there.
- Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Twilio — carries the phone calls and text messages.
- Cal.com — handles call booking.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides the cookieless, aggregate visitor analytics described above.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on this site, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
Beyond those, we'd only disclose information if the law required it, or to protect against fraud or abuse.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are deleted once they're clearly cold — normally within about a year. Records tied to paid work are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently seven years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message and you're removed immediately.
- Email: ask and we'll stop.
- Access or deletion: email founder@djdevelops.com and ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. No special form and no fee.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Enquiries land in a password-protected, two-factor-secured Google Workspace mailbox. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection available to a business this size.
Children
This is a business-to-business service and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
