Who you're dealing with

DJ Develops LLC is a Nebraska limited liability company based in Omaha, Nebraska. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean DJ Develops LLC, and "you" means the person or business using this site or our services.

Using this website

You may read this site, contact us through it, and book a call. You may not use it to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit anything through the contact form that you don't have the right to send.

The content of this site — copy, design, code, and portfolio pieces — belongs to DJ Develops LLC unless stated otherwise. Client names and marks shown as portfolio work belong to their respective owners.

What's on the site isn't an offer

Descriptions of services here are informational. Nothing on this site is a binding quote or a promise of a specific outcome. Scope, price, and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts.

Free consultations

The free introductory call is exactly that — a conversation. It doesn't create a contract, doesn't commit either side to anything, and any advice given in it is general. Acting on it is your decision.

Paid work

• Scope is defined in a written proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it's done.
• Payment terms are set in the proposal. Invoices are due as stated on them.
• Ownership of custom work transfers to you once it's paid for in full. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and we may reuse those on other projects.
• Portfolio — we may show work we've done as portfolio material unless you ask us in writing not to.
• Third-party services your project depends on (hosting, APIs, AI model providers, payment processors) have their own terms, prices, and uptime. We aren't responsible for their outages, price changes, or policy changes.

If you call us and we miss it, you may receive an automated text back. That program, including how to stop it, is described in full at djdevelops.com/sms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

AI-assisted work

We build with AI tools, openly — it's the service. AI systems can produce output that is wrong, biased, or unsuitable, so anything we deliver is reviewed by a human before it reaches you. You are still responsible for deciding whether a delivered system is appropriate for your business, and for any regulated use of it. We won't build anything intended to deceive people, and we don't promise any AI system will be error-free.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Warranties for delivered client work are set out in the relevant signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nebraska law, DJ Develops LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to paid work is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim relates to. For use of this website alone, where nothing has been paid, that amount is zero.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and both sides agree to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
